World Humanitarian Day
On August 19, 2023, the capital of Ukraine marked World Humanitarian Day.
As part of the event, a photo exhibition of the works was organized in St. Sophia Square. The exhibition is dedicated to the efforts of humanitarian organizations that work tirelessly to ensure that millions of war-affected people receive the help they need.
The Kyiv Classic Orchestra under the direction of UNESCO Artist for Peace Herman Makarenko was invited to the event.
The event was attended by distinguished guests, including Vice Prime Minister, Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories - Iryna Vereshchuk, and UN Humanitarian Coordinator in Ukraine - Denise Brown, who highly appreciated the performance of our team and its contribution to the celebration of this important date.
