          Charity Viennese Ball
The Kyiv Classic Symphony Orchestra is proud to have been a regular participant and "legislator" of the fashion art of Viennese balls in Kyiv since 2004 at the invitation of the Embassy of the Republic of Austria in Ukraine. Over time, the tradition of holding Viennese balls in the capital of Ukraine was lost.

In 2016, the UNESCO Artist for Peace Herman Makarenko took the initiative to revive this tradition in the capital of Ukraine; after all, it is the Viennese Ball that is rightfully considered to be one of the best achievements of European and world cultures and it is not surprising that it is included in the representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of UNESCO. Maestro Makarenko's initiative was supported by the mayor of Vienna, Michael Häupl and the mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko.

A new wave of revival of the European tradition took place thanks to the efforts of the exclusive organizer of Charity Viennese balls in Ukraine - the group of companies Brandberg and the Kyiv Classic Orchestra. A prominent part of Viennese balls in Kyiv became the holding of Charitable Viennese balls for kids by the proposal of the Director of Brandberg Group Marina Ignatusha. The upbringing of the younger generation of Ukrainians on the best examples of European culture was highly appreciated by UNESCO.

Kyiv Classic Orchestra would like to thank the exclusive organizer of Viennese balls in Ukraine to the Brandberg Group of companies for many years of cooperation.
